Consulting

Both types of consulting engagements entail diagnosis of issues; summary reports, analysis, design and development of approach; delivery of mediation, training, facilitation or consulting processes; post-implementation assessment and follow up.
Keynote Presentations: Guest speakers are available for corporate retreats, organizational conferences, employee resource group meetings or company-wide engagements.
Coaching: Individual or small group coaching hourly or on retainer on specific issues or upcoming negotiations and other situations within the content areas offered.
