George Law

Experience

George Law is a Consultant with Accordence and a seasoned manager with over twenty years of management and training experience.  He is also a Chartered Life Underwriter, a distinguished Fellow of the Life Management Institute, and a Visiting Lecturer at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Mr. Law worked with National Mutual Insurance (later acquired by AXA) first as an agent, then the company’s first ever Training Officer and finally promoted to Manager. 

After six years, Mr. Law left National Mutual Insurance and joined HSBC.  For the next ten years, he played a key role in developing the bank managers and supervisors’ sales & service and business management capabilities. His contribution was instrumental to the successful transformation of the bank from an operation-driven organization to one that excels in sales & service, and total financial services. 

After HSBC, he started his own management consultant business and was a Visiting Lecturer of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. 

Soon after, Mr. Law had the opportunity to join King’s Glory Education as their CEO.  The company was experiencing one of its biggest crises since its establishment. Within months, Mr. Law successfully steered the company back to healthy growth, and assisted in laying a firm foundation for its further development.  He continues to conduct management training and consulting with his own company, providing skill training, executive coaching, and the creation and promotion of corporate culture and values. Clients include major banks, insurance companies, industrial organizations, service industries, and public bodies.
