As a Senior Consultant, Carole has facilitated corporate and government clients in negotiation, persuasion, confl ict management, communication, sales productivity, personal effectiveness, and leadership development. She also provides consultation and coaching to executives about organizational development, recruitment, implementation of vision, values, and strategy, and the creation and development of high performance teams and organizations.
