Joe LaStoria is a consultant with Accordence applying his unique experience in sales and facilitation to enhance core negotiation and influence skills with clients. He is Co-Founder of LaStoria Enterprises, LLC, and Managing Partner of Training Advantages, LLC. Having spent years in sales in the corporate world, primarily in the healthcare and IT industries, Joe brings firsthand knowledge of the challenges organizations and individuals face across all aspects of the buyer-seller relationship.
Joe is a customer centric, solution-driven problem solver who uses a consultative approach in identifying and relating to the issues of clients and employers to recommend and create customized employee development solutions that produce desired outcomes. Joe’s services include sales and negotiation training facilitation, keynotes, consulting on project management, new product launches and development of customer training tools.
Joe has been providing facilitation services since 2001 for organizations including Miller Heiman, Inc., Vorsight BP, Funnel Clarity, Quest Diagnostics, Inc, and others. His passion for individual and team development means clients get a high-energy environment for growth. His MBA in Organizational Behavior uniquely positions him to develop tools that optimize adult Learning and Development. He has worked with clients in industries such as health care, engineering, construction, aeronautics, manufacturing, banking & financial services, IT, professional services, and many others.
